The Gapo Goods mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Gapo Goods (“Gapo Goods”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). Basically, by clicking "yes" or just, you know, existing and receiving our texts, you're shaking on this deal. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. Think of us as a benevolent dictator of your inbox – we can change the rules, and poof, they're changed! To the extent permitted by applicable law (our lawyers made us say that part), we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. So, keep an eye on these Gapo Goods Mobile Terms, or just assume we've got your best interests at heart (mostly).

By consenting to Gapo Goods’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Gapo Goods through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Yes, even if your phone number is on some fancy state or federal Do Not Call list, because you specifically told us, "Hey Gapo Goods, send me stuff!" Consider it a VIP pass to our digital doorstep. These texts might be sent by an automatic telephone dialing system or other super-secret tech – basically, robots are doing the texting, not interns. And what kind of texts, you ask? Oh, just glorious promotional messages like amazing promotions, exclusive specials, and other marketing offers (like those gentle nudges reminding you about that almost-full cart of Gapo Goods goodies you left hanging). We're all about those sweet deals and Gapo Goods updates!

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Gapo Goods. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We're not holding your Gapo Goods order hostage, promise! You can totally buy our amazing stuff without letting us fill your inbox. It's a choose-your-own-adventure of Gapo Goods engagement.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Think of us as the free entertainment, but your phone company is the bouncer collecting cover. Message frequency varies. We're not going to spam you into oblivion, but we're not shy either. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. Basically, if your phone bill suddenly looks like a national debt, don't blame us. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. We're just the messengers of Gapo Goods joy!

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Had enough Gapo Goods goodness? Just text the single keyword command STOP to +18777041095 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. Easy peasy! You'll receive a one-time, "We're sad to see you go, but respect your decision" opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless you suddenly get lonely and initiate contact again. If you have subscribed to other Gapo Goods mobile message programs (because who can resist?), and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. It’s like having multiple dating apps, you gotta break up with each one individually.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. So, if we change our number, don't text our old one asking for a pizza. It won't work, and we'll just assume you're busy enjoying Gapo Goods.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. Because your old number's ex-owner probably doesn't want our Gapo Goods deals.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service. Basically, while we try our best, sometimes the internet is a fickle beast. We're like the weather report – we give you the info, but you're responsible for bringing an umbrella (or making smart Gapo Goods purchasing decisions!).
